Have a look at the sample report which was composed from a number of inspections. You will receive two reports:

• Summary report. As part of the detailed report, the summary is at the end and groups together the findings from the home inspection with recommendations to "Replace or Repair" or simply to highlight a situation at the home.

• Full report. Detailed findings, comments and additional support materials (if applicable and upon request by the client) will usually be available the same day and e-mailed to the client, but not later than 24 hrs after the inspection.
